11 Nov 2010
Surrey-based manufacturer of shielding equipment for medical
imaging departments, Wardray Premise, will be exhibiting its range of
imaging trolleys at MEDICA 2010.
Wardray Premise, who is making its fourteenth visit to MEDICA
will be showcasing it two latest products: the MR Elevating Trolley
and the X-Ray Trolley.
The MR Elevating Trolley is easy to use, has an adjustable height
to assist in manual handling and has been fully tested for safety up
to 7 Tesla (which is well above current clinical use). It offers gas
spring assisted Trendelenburg and backrest elevation as standard
features, together with a dual pedal arrangement which enables the
nurse to maintain eye contact with the patient at all times.

The fold down cot sides enable this trolley to be used in the
narrowest of areas, and a patient loading of 220kg ensures that this
is the most versatile and dependable trolley of its kind in today’s
market.
The X-Ray Trolley is the only system that allows clinicians to
use either conventional and digital X-ray films. Ideal for accident
and emergency use, it has an adaptable Bucky assembly that slides
the full length of the table top and will rotate through 360 degrees
in 90 degree increments for supreme versatility. The system comes
with a spare battery pack and charging unit to ensure that the
trolley is fully ready for use at all times.
Bob Wardley, Chairman of Wardray Premise said: “As a regular
exhibitor at MEDICA, we are delighted to be returning this year to
unveil our latest range of imaging trolleys. This year we will be
looking to create partnerships with organisations such as
own-equipment manufacturers and construction companies with
experience in the healthcare field as well as seek distributors from
new markets around the globe."
Wardray Premise will be located in hall 10, stand A62
