Continence and ostomy care specialist Coloplast has launched an online ordering site to give both healthcare professionals and users of its products a new way of ordering.

Coloplast already offers an award-winning level of customer service via its in-house team of specialist telephone advisors. However, for those end users who feel uneasy about picking up the telephone, the online ordering service gives a new and completely discreet means of contacting the company regarding its intimate products.

The Charter Healthcare website allows anyone to place orders for prescription continence or ostomy care products 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Products are despatched to arrive within 24-48 hours of receipt of order.
