ConMed introduces multifunction electrodes

ConMed Corporation has introduced PadPro, a comprehensive range of multifunction electrodes for the developing electrophysiology market. Used in critical care and minimally invasive procedures, the electrodes are designed to be compatible with both mono-phasic and bi-phasic defibrillators. PadPro comes with a variety of direct connect options that are compatible with OEM defibrillation equipment. ConMed offers adapters or retrofit cables, allowing multiple brands of defibrillators to use the same, universal electrodes. ConMed broad range of products include mini-pediatric, pediatric, adult, radiotranslucent, radiotransparent, sterile, and preconnected PadPro offering users multiple solutions to the growing needs of the cath lab, EP lab and critical care environment.

PadPro gel technology offers efficient and safe dispersion of energy while ensuring adherence to skin contours. The radiotransparent electrodes ensure a totally transparent image with no shadow, improved visibility and increased convenience during delicate procedures. In addition to adult and pediatric products, ConMed offers the exclusive mini-pediatric (neonatal) size multifunction electrode, expanding the application of the product to more patient categories.
